• 70–75 PLN/hour net on an employment contract
• 23–24 EUR/hour for self-employed contractors

Who are we looking for?
We are looking to hire a structural blacksmith or an experienced assembler/fitter with experience in stress relieving steel plates and straightening hull plating.
Responsibilities:
- Straightening steel plate sections / hull plating
- Stress relieving steel plates
- Working as part of a team of fitters and welders
- Following safety procedures and technical standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Diligence, responsibility, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- For self-employed contractors, required documents: A1 certificate and Freistellungsbescheinigung
